Brief of Magnetic Separator
Magnetic separators (or electromagnetic separators) are devices used to separate various material compositions on the basis of their magnetic properties. The basic principle is that the Ferro magnetic materials are themselves magnets hence they stick to the magnetic separators, then under the interaction with a magnetic field, paramagnetic materials will be removed from the diamagnetic materials. Fan Cooling Belt Type Electromagnetic Series RCDC
Series RCDC adds iron discharge unit which composes of driving motor, roll, stand and iron discharging belt with scraper on the basis of series RCDA (fan cooling type). During working, the iron discharge unit will auto throw away the iron materials which have been attracted onto the belt into the iron collecting box, you can remove them from the box manually with no need of cutting off the power. It is suitable for high iron-content situation. It has advantages of a deep penetration, strong magnetic force and high field gradient, that to ensure have the maximum attracting force in working distance.
