EMBR
The technology of the mould EMBR for DC magnetic field has three kinds: EMBR, EMBR-Ruler, FC-mold. Kemeida has realized the localization of FC-mould for Bao Steel & Maanshan Iron & Steel.
Metallurgical Effect
(1). Improving sub-surface and inner quality of steel
Increase equiaxed zone;
Reduce central segregation, porosity and shrinkage efficiency ;
Reduce air holes,
pinholes and inclusion in the surface and subsurface;
Make surface temperature of slab symmetrical
Reduce inner cracks;
(2). Relax continuous casting production condition
Superheating ratio;
Caster centering;
(3). Expending steel grade
Rimming steel;
Free cutting steel;
Ball bearing steel
Bearing quality steel and so on;
