For Coiled Bar (High Speed wire), mostly choose series MW19 or MW22-54, Series MW22-54 adopt single coil, structure of three magnetic poles, on the other hand, Series MW19 adopt double-coil, structure of  double poles, double wrapping produced magnetic fields superposition, has good advantages in penetration and attraction force.

 

Series MW19 adopts double-pole structure, attraction wire's two points (lines) of cambered surface contact completely with pole, will not appear the situation of bad contact. While Series MW22-54 adopts structure of three magnetic poles, and as wire has irregular shapes, it cause coiled bar and pole just contact on two points (for examples, coiled bar out arc just contact with internal pole and one of the outer magnetic pole or just contact with two outer magnetic pole, owing to the influence air gap, the level of safety lowered, among them, it's easy to cause eccentricity and produce more hidden danger as indicated.

1,What's the attached material? Choose the suitable series according to the attached material.
2,The specification of material attracted? such as weight,length,width or number.
3,The specification of hoist, such as: tonnage, height and brake type of hook.
4,The application environment, such as temperature of material attached, indoor or outdoor.
5,The cycle duty: when exceed 60%, choose high frequency type.
6, Selection of corollary equipment: cable reel and control cabinet.
