 Lifting electric control permanent magnet uses permanent magnet as magnetic source & electrical power for magnetization and demagnetism. It consumes electrical power only during attracting steel and does not consumes energy during lifting. It is a new generation of magnetic lifter with easy control, safety, liable & energy-saving features.

Electric Control Permanent Magnet consists of magnetic unit, driving unit & control system. Magnetic unit consists of magnetic steel and rotatable magnetic core. When magnetic core rotates an angle, an internal circuit or external circuit will be formed, and magnet can release or attract the steel. There are one or more magnetic units in the magnet. Each magnetic unit can make magnetic field " have" or "o". When magnetic core is opened, inside permanent magnets and attracted steel form a magnetic circuit to attract the steel; When magnetic core is closed, there is no magnetic field for force.

YX22 series is mainly used for lifting billet, ingot & bloom as well as round & profile steel. It is suggested that two magnets should be used for lifting billet, round and profile steel.
