Electromagnetic separator
This electromagnetic separator is designed for installing above wide conveyer belt and in blanking chute, especially at the front end of mill in sugar cane conveying line, removing tramp iron from sugar cane to prevent mill from being damaged by tramp iron. And it is also used for iron removing of finished sugar to improve quality.
Full sealed structure, special curved magnetic field, deep penetration, strong attracting force.
Wide magnet width reduces blind area and improves efficiency.
A special step on the magnetic pole is used to maintain unrestricted material flow and prevent accumulated tramp iron from being forced off.
Suspension Type Natural Cooling Electromagnetic Separator
This type is installed over conveyer; suspension height is adjusted by turnbuckle mounted on the separator for ensuring most effective attracting height.
Drum-type Strong Permanent Magnetic Separator
Drum-type ultra strong permanent magnetic separator is an automatic device that can continuously remove tramp iron from the dry fine particles. Field can be generated by internal rare earth permanent magnet, and the field is distributed around peripheral direction of the drum body and forming certain angle according to operating requirements(120°-200°,standard design is 175°).High gradient field outside the SS drum can remove tramp iron, chips, iron dioxide & other magnetic particles from the material efficiently. When material falls down to the moving rotary drum, the magnetic particles will be attracted to the drum surface and moving along with the drum, when they reach to the nonmagnetic area, due to gravity and centrifugal force they will be abandoned to the collecting box; non-magnetic material will be thrown into the discharging hopper, thus the magnetic particles are separated from the non-magnetic material to achieve removing iron automatically.
Grade of sugar (whiteness of sugar) is improved greatly after handling of this magnetic separator, and content of non-dissolubility solid is reduced, so sugar at the beginning of squeeze period reaches to grade one standard.
