Profile
Lifting magnet series for billet, rectangular billet and slab are MW22,MW32,MW42,MW92.
Main features: MW22 is single coil structure, MW32 is antipode double coil structure, MW42 is homopolarity coil structure,MW92 is active magnetic pole type single coil structure.
MW22 is most widely used rectangular electromagnets, suitable for lifting and transporting square billet, steel ingot , large blooming billet and so on, and also used for lifting and transporting round billet, profiled bar and so on. Different magnetic circuits are adopted for different type of steels.
MW32 is widely used oblong electromagnets, suitable for lifting and transporting square billet, steel ingot , large blooming billet and so on, and also used for lifting and transporting round billet, profiled bar and so on. Different magnetic circuits are adopted for different type of steels,
MW42 Adopts "" type magnetic structure. It can generate strong attraction force over small attraction area. It is suitable for lifting and transporting multiple pieces of small square billet and track beam, which is strong attraction force type electromagnet.
MW92 is mainly used to Billets, bloom, steel ingot, profile steel. Main features:The movable pole block, which is installed in the magnetic pole of electromagnet, can stretch out and draw back freely after contacting the attached materials. Consequently it can obtain the biggest contact area. However, this series is not often proposed for the movable magnet may cause bigger maintenance and easily be blocked.
Guide for Model Selection
1,What's the attached material? Choose the suitable series according to the attached material.
2,The specification of material attracted? such as weight, length, width or number.
3,The specification of hoist, such as: tonnage, height and brake type of hook.
4,The application environment, such as temperature of material attached, indoor or outdoor.
5,The cycle duty: when exceed 60%, choose high frequency type.
6, Selection of corollary equipment: cable reel and control cabinet.
