Pipe Type Permanent-magnetic Separator Series RCYG
Series RCYG which consists of non-magnetic pipe and permanent magnet are specially made for removing iron inside the pipes from non-magnetic materials. The separator adopts high-permanent rare earth material featuring compact structure, strong magnetic force, light, efficient removing rate, simple operation, no energy consumption, and long life is suitable for the occasion of no conveyer available but just a chute. When the loose material passes through the pipe, steel scraps are attached and can be removed manually through a special window of the pipe. This series which is usually used for low iron content situation are mainly applied in cement industry, chemical industry, coal industry, plastic industry, refractory industry, building industry, pharmaceutics industry and so on. It is mounted at the inlet or outlet of equipment and entrance dimension can be made specially to meet different requirement. (This series is used at normal working tempt.)
