Brief of Magnetic separator
Magnetic separators (or electromagnetic separators) are devices used to separate various material compositions on the basis of their magnetic properties. The basic principle is that the Ferro magnetic materials are themselves magnets hence they stick to the magnetic separators, then under the interaction with a magnetic field, paramagnetic materials will be removed from the diamagnetic materials. According to structure, magnetic circuit distribution, materials used to made magnetic separators. Magnetic separators can be divided into many kinds, with more pertinence for application fields.

RCDB series self-cooling electromagnetic separator
Series RCDB Hanging Electromagnetic Separator (self Cooling) Series RCDB, also named disk type electromagnetic separator is used for removing iron from powdery or lumpy nonmagnetic materials. it is mainly used in less iron proportion condition. Magnetic circuit has adopted computer simulation design, so it has a deep penetration strong magnetic force and high filed gradient and can provide the max attracting force. The shell is welded by sealed steel plate and has been gone through a strict test of air-proof. Meanwhile, a vacuum filling epoxy resin has been added between coil and shell to enable the equipment can work well even in a harsh working conditions. A natural cooling mode has been adopted which causes a less risk of fault occur.
