Product Description

Common rectifier control cabinet with battery backup system for KMD electromagnet

Three-phase bridge rectification circuit passes direct voltage to DC magnet for excitation, inverse voltage for demagnetization to unload materials. The DC contactor is used as on and off switch or reversing switch.
Control circuit adopts PLC, which is very convenient to adjust time & extend functions. According to field requirements, the PLC can be connected to crane to realize function of interlock control, thus to avoid mal-operation.

Electrical Control System poses functions like power off for AC Power, undervoltage protection, undervoltage protection for DC output, etc. under any circumstances the backup power can be put into service( time doesn't over 100ms),thus can make sure that the attracted loads will not drop off, meanwhile it has the display, sound and light alarm functions.
