MW5 series products are round type magnets, with this structure, it features strong attracting force, deep penetration force, it is an ideal transportation tool. Suitable for lifting and transporting cast ingot, steel ball, pig iron, mechanical chip, various kinds of steel scraps, return scraps, cropping, baling scraps and etc. Suitable for removing large irons in advance in slag disposal process and lifting and transporting iron powder in the coal washery. Two chamber type outlet box with particular extra-thick outlet box fender and anti-twist setting for outlet cables. There are three excitation modes: rated voltage DC220V mode; strong excitation mode; over excitation mode.
MW5 series have
normal temperature type, high frequency type, high temperature type, and strong magnet type. For strong magnet type, it can attract force 30% higher than normal type for frequently loading and discharging some light-weight scraps at big capacity melting furnaces. They are especially suitable for feeding during electric steel making process. The products have laready been applied widely in various national steel companies and got good feedback.

1,What's the attached material? Choose the suitable series according to the attached material.
2,The specification of material attracted? such as weight,length,width or number.
3,The specification of hoist, such as: tonnage, height and brake type of hook.
4,The application environment, such as temperature of material attached, indoor or outdoor.
5,The cycle duty: when exceed 60%, choose high frequency type.
6, Selection of corollary equipment: cable reel and control cabinet.
