Magnetic separators (or electromagnetic separators) are devices used to separate various material compositions on the basis of their magnetic properties. The basic principle is that the Ferro magnetic materials are themselves magnets hence they stick to the magnetic separators, then under the interaction with a magnetic field, paramagnetic materials will be removed from the diamagnetic materials. According to structure, magnetic circuit distribution, materials used to made magnetic separators. Magnetic separators can be divided into many kinds, with more pertinence for application fields.
Series RCDB, also named PDC disc type electromagnetic separator, is used for removing iron from powdery or lumpy nonmagnetic material.
1. Magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, so it has a deep penetration strong magentic force and high field gradient and can provide max attraction force.
2. The shell is welded by sealed steel plate and has gone through a strict test of air-proof. Meanwhile, a vacuum filling epoxy resin has been added between coil and shell to enable the equipment work well even in harsh working conditions.
3. Natural cooling mode is adopted which causes a less risk of fault occur.
4. All tech data meet the standard JB/T7689-2004 and some are even beyond the national standard. The product can remove 0.1-35 kg materials from non-magnetic materials and the removing rate can up to 95% or more.

Note: 1. We advice you to use alternate separators and excitant them intermittently, so they can remain a cold-state working situation and thus have a strong and stable attraction force. The control circuit that adopts PLC program control is flexible and cna not only discharging iron regularly but also has sound & light alarm.
2. Measuring equipment of coil temperature can be supplied to meet customers' requirement. So does weighing equipment, which can discharge over-weight iron first and give out alarm at the same time.
