Our company have the series of MW16,MW26,MW36,MW96. Which is used for coiled steel and has three kinds: vertical type, horizontal type and general type( which also can lift material both vertically and horizontally). High temperature type can be used at anneal process and can lift material vertically or horizontally at high temperature range from 100°C to 600°C.
Vertical type-magnet attracts its end face, suitable for coiled steel bundled or unbundled.
Horizontal type-magnet attracts its side face, suitable for bundled coiled steel.
Series MW16 for Lifting Horizontal Coil,MW26,MW36 for lifting Vertical Coil,MW96 for Lifting Vertical & Horizontal Coil.
Main characteristic: adopt "U" model and multi -"U" model magnetic circuit structure, have good property of deep penetration and strong attraction force.
Guide for Model Selection
1,What's the attached material? Choose the suitable series according to the attached material.
2,The specification of material attracted? such as weight,length,width or number.
3,The specification of hoist, such as: tonnage, height and brake type of hook.
4,The application environment, such as temperature of material attached, indoor or outdoor.
5,The cycle duty: when exceed 60%, choose high frequency type.
6, Selection of corollary equipment: cable reel and control cabinet.
