Audited Supplier Light weight permanent lifting magnet for traveling crane
Series YX3 is made of ferrite adopting ratchet wheel and pallet mechanism together with the raise of traveling crane to control the mandril and automatically absorb and unload the materials, featuring no electricity consumption, convenient and safe in operation. It is widely used for lifting and transporting short and thick plates at factory, dock, warehouse and transportation department. The air gas adjusting rod is equipped in particular which can adjust the magnetic force conveniently. Its working face still remain magnetism, during unloading process.
According to the characteristics of large magnetic permeability of the whole steel plate, this product has light self-weight and powerful attraction force and can be used for large steel ingot, co-casting slab caster, thick steel plate. To avoid tilting caused by off-center, when to lift a slab caster more than 6m, we advice you to use combination of two units.
1. The magnet is sealed up, with good moisture and dust proofing.
2. Structure of magnet is reasonably designed and optimized, features light weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption.
3. Energizing coils to generate magnetic strength is processed with special technology, to improve its electrical and mechanical property. Insulation Grade of coils is F to H for longer service life.
4. The energizing ratio has been increased to 60% or 75%, with higher effectiveness.
5. With special heat-protection method, materials up to 700 degree can be handled by the lifting magnet.
6. Considerate design for easy and convenient installation, operation and maintenance.
7. Complete scope of supply, including control panels, cable, cable reel, lifting chains, beams and battery sets.
